Doctors & Staff

Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Billings Eyecare Associates the leading provider of vision care products and services in Billings.

Kerry T. Sanchez, O.D.

Dr. Kerry Sanchez has returned to Billings, having recently graduated “with distinction” from Pacific University’s College of Optometry, and has joined the practice of Dr. Ruben Sanchez. Dr. Kerry Sanchez interned and trained with Dr. Nancy Torgerson, one of optometry’s leading authorities in vision development, vision therapy, and visually related learning problems. He has had extensive training in a new procedure called Corneal Reshaping Therapy, which is a non-surgical and safe alternative to laser eye surgery for correction of nearsightedness. A specialty of Dr. Kerry Sanchez is his work with people who suffer from Post Traumatic Vision Syndrome, acquired from either a traumatic brain injury or medical events such as a stroke. His other interests include family eyecare, sports vision and laser eye surgery co-management.

Ruben C. Sanchez, O.D.

Dr. Ruben Sanchez graduated from Billings Central High in 1964, and Pacific University College of Optometry in 1973. After practicing in Canada for 1 year, Dr. Sanchez returned to his hometown of Billings and opened his practice in 1974. He has been a lifelong member of the Montana and American Optometric Associations. In September 2001, Dr. Sanchez was honored by the Consumers Research Council of America and selected as one of “Americas top optometrists.”
